Alright boys and girls, time to do the time twitter warp again!

Since twitter finds it way more and more into everyday (nerd) life, I thought I present some cool Twitter tools, add-ons or sites in order to make them more popular, get to know more from you guys and simply discuss whether Twitter rocks or sucks :)

So here we go..starting with my current clients. As reader of my blog you, of course, know that I’m using Tweetie or Twhirl for Mac or Twitterfox as Firefox Add-On ;-) So not much to say about this. Nambu didn’t made it, after a promissing start, onto my desktop as well as Tweetdeck since I consider it far to overloaded. But that’s my personal oppinion :)

Now let’s talk about search! Obviously, the first place to go when trying to search twitter should be the twitter search. Another great way to search Twitter is twazzup, which is a real alternative for me when looking for different topic related tweets. There are a hell of other twitter search engines, as well. Of course. But these are my two favorites =)

Hey my friend, need sunglasses? Yep. Import/Export – uhm – buying and selling is also possible on Twitter. How? Tazaar‘s the place to be! Simply hashtag what you want to sell or buy or search current offers. Pretty easy and a nice idea though :)

Even organisational tasks can be outsourced with twitter. For example you can tell mindmeto to remind you to buy milk, buy presents for your girlfriend or whatever. Simply tell mindmeto with a tweet or a direct message when you need to be reminded, and they will send you a tweet just in time :)

A cool service for giving you a brief overview of the people adding you is twimailer. Twimailer simply gives you more details about the person adding you than the simple twitter notification mail. Twimailer shows the profile and gives you the possibility to follow back or ignore the person that added you right away. Nice add on, I think.
